Common Troubleshooting
Problem 1: device is unable to turn on
Solution one:Check power supply, and try a different power outle.
Solution two:Check power cable, ensure the cable is securely plugged into the device and outlet.
Problem 2: Software Won’t Open
Solution one: Check PC cable connection: replug the cable if loose.
Solution two: Failed to launch software. If the computer detection software shows an error when opened, check if it’s already running. If yes, close all opened i Lezhongsheng software and relaunch the program.
Solution three: Broken USB port, try an new USB port or new USB cable.
Problem 3: Standard Card Value Deviation
Go to system Settings -Detection Time - Self Acclimatize. Wait for the system to auto-adjust and fix the deviation.
Problem 4:Recharging When Usage Count is "0"
You can find a small type-c head in the collection card box. Insert the type-c head into the machine’s type-c port. The device will automatically recharge detection time.
Problem 5: Recharge Type-c Head Doesn’t Work
Solution one :If there’s a breath card inside: remove the card, then insert the type-c head.
Solution two: If there is no breath card: try flipping the recharge head or use a new one.
Problem 6:Printer Doesn’t Feed Paper
Open the printer’s paper compartment. Place the thermal paper glossy side up and close the compartment properly.
Problem 7: "Device Error" During Self-Check
If the device shows an error during self-check, remove the breath card to clear the error.

Helicobacter Pylori Breath Test Procedure
Step 1:The person to be tested should perform the 14C- urea breath test on an empty stomach and is required to rinse the mouth before being tested.
Step 2:Take urea [14C] capsules with appropriate amount of warm water, and then sit still for about 15 minutes;
Step 3:Blow into a dedicated expiration card and collect exhalations;
Step 4:Insert the expiration card with the exhalations of the person to be tested into this series of detectors, and then the diagnostic results will be displayed and printed automatically after 250 seconds;
Step 5:The detector is equipped with a graphic printing workstation that can be connected to a standard printer to print reports in a standard format.
